30-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

Refund Process

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide photos or videos showing the problem. If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled but may be eligible for a return under our 30-day return policy.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
